Assembly

What happens on the day the machine arrives

The machine arrives assembled and ready to train. Only the B3S bench and the accessory stand, if they are in your kit, need a simple assembly of about 20 minutes.

  1. Before deliveryWe will schedule a time with you in advance. Delivery includes bringing the machine into your home, so clear the spot where it will stand and make sure there is a free path from the entrance to it.
  2. The machineUnpack it, place it on a level floor and plug it in. No drilling and no wall mounting. Attach the handles and accessories and switch it on.
  3. The bench and the rackThe B3S bench and the storage rack take about 20 minutes, following the videos on this page (guides 05 and 06).
Delivery is chosen at checkout according to your region, and the manufacturer warranty starts on the day of handover.
Placement

Where to place the machine at home

The floor space the machine takes up when folded is 0.3 m² — less than an armchair. What decides the placement is the space you need around it while training, not the machine itself.

  1. A stable floorAny home floor works. On a thick rug, check that the machine stands level before you start.
  2. Space around itThe recommended training area is 160 × 180 cm. When open, the machine itself takes up 71.5 × 135.5 cm.
  3. Ceiling heightThe recommended height is 220 cm — the machine itself is 185 cm tall, and overhead exercises need clearance.
  4. Power and lightingA grounded three-pin socket, 12A. For accurate motion tracking — normal home lighting, with no direct sunlight on the machine.
  5. Moving between roomsThe machine can be moved. It weighs about 110 kg, so plan the move carefully.

Getting started

Your first workout

The system measures you before it builds a plan, so your first workout starts with an assessment, not a lift.

  1. Personal profileEveryone who trains at home gets their own profile — up to nine profiles on one machine, each with its own history and plan.
  2. Body assessmentThe assessment measures six dimensions: body composition, muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, movement patterns and posture. It's the basis for your plan.
  3. Starting resistanceStart low. The resistance is digital and changes at the touch of a button, and there's no reason to start heavy just to “test it”.
  4. Correction as you goThe system corrects your form in real time. If it flags your posture mid-rep — that's exactly what it's supposed to do.
No subscription fees. Everything described here is included in the price of the machine, for good.
Safety

Assist mode and drop to 0

The two systems that let you lift heavy at home without anyone spotting you.

  1. Lift assistWhen a rep stalls, the motor reduces the weight instead of leaving you to fight it — like a spotter who helps at exactly the right moment.
  2. Full drop to 0In an emergency the resistance drops to zero. There's no physical weight that keeps falling, because there's no physical weight.
  3. Support armsSmith-style arms catch the load at the end of the range, so a heavy bench press on your own isn't a gamble.
Even with all of this — when you go up in weight, go up gradually.
Everyday use

Switching accessories between exercises

Moving between exercises means swapping an accessory, not taking things apart and reassembling. That's what keeps a workout flowing.

  1. Bar, handles, strapsEvery accessory attaches to the same point. Swapping takes seconds, mid-set.
  2. 185 arm configurationsThe angle and height of the arms change, and that's what creates the range of exercises without adding equipment.
  3. The benchOpens and closes to suit the exercise, and folds away with the machine at the end of your workout.
Kits with the B3S bench include it. The bench can also be added after your purchase.
Everyday use

Folding and storing after your workout

The machine folds to less depth than an armchair, which is why it can stand in the living room and not in the storeroom.

  1. ClosingA manual folding mechanism with a safety lock and hydraulic damping — the machine closes gently, not with a slam.
  2. 0.3 m²That's the floor space that stays taken. The machine is compact and stays stable.
  3. Moving itThe machine can be moved, but it weighs about 110 kg — plan the move carefully.
Maintenance

Routine maintenance

No weights, no pulleys and no oil. All it needs is a wipe-down.

  1. After a workoutWipe the surfaces and handles with a damp cloth. Leftover sweat is what shortens the life of upholstery.
  2. The screen and cameraA soft, dry cloth only. No cleaning products on the lens.
  3. Monthly checkTake a look at the cables and connections. If anything looks different — stop and call us before your next workout.
A 2-year manufacturer's warranty is included, and it can be extended to 4 or 5 years.

Questions and answers about using it

Data from AEKE's official FAQ page.

Which resistance modes are there?

Six: Constant — the same resistance lifting and lowering. Concentric — resistance on the lift and less on the return, for strength and power. Eccentric — more resistance on the lowering, for building muscle and joint stability. Elastic — mimics a resistance band. Rowing — resistance that builds through the pull. HIIT — resistance that responds to the speed of movement, like air or water.

Can I train without internet?

Yes, for some features. Free training mode works fully without a connection. Guided classes and AI coaching need internet. If there's no Wi‑Fi, you can connect temporarily to your phone's hotspot, switch to free training and carry on as usual.

What language is the machine in?

The whole system is in Hebrew — the interface, the classes and the AI coach.

What does the body assessment check?

Six dimensions: body composition, muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, movement patterns, and posture and alignment. The results identify muscle imbalances and movement limitations, and guide your training intensity.

How many profiles can I create?

Up to nine separate profiles, local or in the cloud — each member of the household gets their own training history and recommendations.

How does the camera work, and what about privacy?

A wide-angle camera at 1080p and 60 frames per second, with a field of view of 130° or more, mounted about 110 cm above the floor. It has a magnetic privacy cover that you close when it's not in use.

Do I need special lighting?

No. Motion tracking works best in normal home lighting. Avoid direct sunlight on the machine and complete darkness. The machine's other functions aren't affected by lighting.

How big is the screen?

A 27-inch touchscreen that tilts from -6° forward to 90° upright — so you can see it standing, sitting, kneeling and lying down.

Which positions can I train in?

Standing, sitting, straddling, kneeling, lying on your side, on your back and on your stomach — for upper body, lower body and full body.

How far do the arms adjust?

Maximum range of motion: about 70 cm for a chest pull, about 80 cm for a fly, and about 70 cm in the squat position.

How do I fold and move it?

A manual folding mechanism with a safety lock and hydraulic damping, so the machine closes gently. The machine can be moved, but it weighs about 110 kg — plan the move carefully.
