FAQ
What people really ask us before they decide.
Does it need assembly?
The machine itself, no. The S1 Pro arrives assembled — unbox it, stand it up and plug it in. If you chose a kit with the B3S bench or the storage rack, those take about 20 minutes, with step-by-step videos.
What are the dimensions and weight?
Folded: 71.5 × 42.5 × 185 cm (width × depth × height). Open for training: 71.5 × 135.5 × 185 cm. Net weight: about 110 kg, without accessories.
How much space do I need to train?
The recommended training area is 160 × 180 cm, with a ceiling height of 220 cm. When folded, the machine takes up only 0.30 m².
Who is the machine suitable for?
Recommended range: ages 18–70, height 150–200 cm and body weight 40–150 kg.
What is the maximum resistance?
100 kg in total — 50 kg per arm. Resistance is generated by servo motors and adjusts precisely throughout every phase of the movement.
Do you deliver beyond the Green Line?
Yes, anywhere in Israel, including Judea and Samaria. Delivery is 650 ₪ and is chosen at checkout; the Dead Sea is 1,250 ₪ and Eilat is 1,500 ₪. Delivery includes carrying the machine into your home.
What are the power requirements?
AC voltage 110–240V, frequency 50–60Hz and current 12A. The machine must be connected to a grounded three-pin outlet. Rated power: about 1300W, and 10–15W on standby.
Are there subscription fees?
No, and there never will be. All training content is included in the machine forever. AEKE has committed that programs and guides added in the future will also be provided free of charge — no hidden fees and no locked features.
How strong is the frame?
The frame is made of structural steel, and the load-bearing components are forged steel. Load ratings: column 150 kg per side, arm 150 kg per side, footplate 720 kg. The cables are nylon with a rated load of 300 kg, and have been tested for 30,000 cycles under 25 kg.
What about the bench?
The folding B3S bench carries a 400 kg static load, and in the manufacturer's testing held more than 475 kg before any deformation. It weighs about 13.2 kg, has leg supports, and folds away for storage. Take it inside a kit or buy it on its own.
What safety protections does the machine have?
A 15A fuse, overheating protection at 100°C, undervoltage protection, grounding and leakage current protection. And during training — an assist mode that reduces the weight and a full drop of resistance to 0.
How noisy is it?
Resistance is generated by electric motors rather than iron weights, so there's no noise of plates clanging together.
What is the warranty?
24 months on the unit and 12 months on accessories, handled in Israel by us. The unit warranty can be extended to 4 or 5 years. See the full Warranty Certificate.
Can I reserve a unit in advance?
Yes. The first shipment lands in January 2027 and is allocated in reservation order. You can reserve a machine with a deposit of 35% of the deal — 6,510 ₪ for the base kit — with no commitment, through the button on the product page or on WhatsApp. The deposit is a first payment towards the price of the machine, and the balance is paid on delivery.
How long until the machine arrives?
When there is stock in Israel — delivery within 10 business days, including carrying it into the home. The first shipment is expected in January 2027, and allocation follows the order in which reservations were registered.
Can I cancel the transaction?
Yes, under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law: within 14 days of receiving the product, and for persons with disabilities, senior citizens or new immigrants — within four months. Full details.
Which resistance modes are there?
Six: Constant — the same resistance lifting and lowering. Concentric — resistance on the lift and less on the return, for strength and power. Eccentric — more resistance on the lowering, for building muscle and joint stability. Elastic — mimics a resistance band. Rowing — resistance that builds through the pull. HIIT — resistance that responds to the speed of movement, like air or water.
Can I train without internet?
Yes, for some features. Free training mode works fully without a connection. Guided classes and AI coaching need internet. If there's no Wi‑Fi, you can connect temporarily to your phone's hotspot, switch to free training and carry on as usual.
What language is the machine in?
The whole system is in Hebrew — the interface, the classes and the AI coach.
What does the body assessment check?
Six dimensions: body composition, muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, movement patterns, and posture and alignment. The results identify muscle imbalances and movement limitations, and guide your training intensity.
How many profiles can I create?
Up to nine separate profiles, local or in the cloud — each member of the household gets their own training history and recommendations.
How does the camera work, and what about privacy?
A wide-angle camera at 1080p and 60 frames per second, with a field of view of 130° or more, mounted about 110 cm above the floor. It has a magnetic privacy cover that you close when it's not in use.
Do I need special lighting?
No. Motion tracking works best in normal home lighting. Avoid direct sunlight on the machine and complete darkness. The machine's other functions aren't affected by lighting.
How big is the screen?
A 27-inch touchscreen that tilts from -6° forward to 90° upright — so you can see it standing, sitting, kneeling and lying down.
Which positions can I train in?
Standing, sitting, straddling, kneeling, lying on your side, on your back and on your stomach — for upper body, lower body and full body.
How far do the arms adjust?
Maximum range of motion: about 70 cm for a chest pull, about 80 cm for a fly, and about 70 cm in the squat position.
How do I fold and move it?
A manual folding mechanism with a safety lock and hydraulic damping, so the machine closes gently. The machine can be moved, but it weighs about 110 kg — plan the move carefully.
