Ordering and payment

Prices, stock and errors

We do our best to ensure that the information, prices and specifications on the site are accurate and up to date. In the event of a typographical error, a technical fault or a material discrepancy in price or specification, we may cancel the order and refund the full payment. Sale and launch prices are valid for the stated period or while stocks last.

A product displayed on the site does not constitute a commitment that it is in stock. A product that is out of stock will be marked as such, and an estimated delivery date will be given at the time of ordering.

Delivery, assembly and warranty

Shipping and assembly terms are detailed on the Shipping & Assembly page. The full warranty terms are detailed in the Warranty Certificate. The right of cancellation and returns are detailed on the Cancellations & Returns page. The processing of your personal information is detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Content on the site

Product descriptions, specifications, comparison tables and articles are intended to help you make a decision and do not constitute medical or training advice. Before starting to train, and especially if you have an existing medical condition, consult a qualified professional.

Competitor data shown on the site was collected from manufacturers' public sources and independent reviews at the time of writing, and may change. We make an effort to keep it updated, and we'd welcome a correction if you find an inaccuracy.

Limitation of liability

Subject to the provisions of the law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in the above derogates from our liability for the product itself under the Warranty Certificate and under any law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District, unless the law provides otherwise in favor of the consumer.

Ownership of content

All content on this site — the texts, headings, product descriptions, comparison tables, articles, guides, photographs, videos, editing, Hebrew translation and design — is the original work of AEKE Israel and is protected under the Israeli Copyright Law, 5768‑2007.

The protection also applies to how the information is organized and selected: which data was included in the tables, how it was worded, and the order in which it is presented. This is an independent work created for us, not an automated collection of public information.
