What we collect, why, and how to delete it.
Who is responsible for the information
The controller of the information is Genie Fitness, company no. 201563590, operating under the trade name AEKE Israel. For any privacy inquiry: sales@aeke.co.il.
What information is collected
- Information you provide — name, phone number, email address and order details, when you leave your details to reserve a unit or make a purchase.
- Information about your use of the site — pages viewed, referral source, browser and device type, through cookies and analytics tools.
- Communications — the content of inquiries sent to us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
We do not collect or store payment method details. Payment is processed through an external payment processor, and card details are provided directly to it.
What the information is used for
- Contacting you to reserve a unit, responding to inquiries and completing orders.
- Delivery, service and warranty.
- Measuring and improving site performance.
- Advertising and measuring campaign effectiveness.
- Complying with accounting and legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics tools
The site uses cookies that are necessary for its operation, as well as third-party analytics and advertising tools. These tools may recognize that you are the same visitor across visits and across websites. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking them entirely may impair the site's functionality.
Who the information is shared with
- Site infrastructure and hosting providers.
- The payment processor, solely for the purpose of processing payment.
- Shipping and transport companies, for the purpose of delivering the product.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.
How long the information is kept
Customer and transaction information is kept for as long as required for warranty, service and legal reporting obligations. Details of inquiries that did not result in a transaction are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741‑1981, you may review the information held about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, and ask to stop receiving marketing mailings. A request by email to sales@aeke.co.il will be handled within a reasonable time.
Information security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to information is limited to those who need it for their role. However, no online system is completely immune, and we cannot guarantee absolute immunity.
