- The S1 Pro is the only one of the three with a built-in camera. Neither Speediance nor IMBODY has a camera — so neither offers real-time form correction.
- Our AI analysis comes with no monthly subscription. With Speediance, the AI add-on requires a subscription, and IMBODY has no subscription — but no camera either. Ours also goes deeper: heart rate monitoring, real-time movement correction and a six-dimension body assessment.
- 185 arm configurations vs. 14 on IMBODY. That's the difference between a machine that adapts to the exercise and an exercise that adapts to the machine.
- We don't win at everything. Our maximum resistance is 100 kg — on IMBODY and the Speediance 2S model it's 120. And IMBODY's screen is 16 inches larger than ours.
- $5,866,348 in 39 days from 1,885 backers — the most-funded project in its category on Kickstarter in 2026.
The three machines, in brief
AEKE S1 Pro — digital resistance up to 100 kg in half-kilo increments, an arm system with nine heights, seven angles and three widths, a built-in camera that tracks 42 points on the body, and a six-dimension body assessment. Folded: 0.30 m². In Israel: 18,600 ₪.
Speediance Gym Monster 2 — 100 kg of resistance (up to 120 on the 2S model), a 21.5-inch screen, two 800W motors, and a weight of 78 kg — the lightest of the three. In Israel: ₪15,990 to ₪18,990.
IMBODY Power S Pro — 120 kg of resistance, a 43-inch screen, two 750W motors, wall-mounted at a depth of just 16 cm. In Israel: ₪21,900.

Where we win — and why it matters
A built-in camera, not a phone app
The S1 Pro has a camera built into the frame. It tracks 42 points on the body and compares every rep to the correct movement. When your back rounds or your knee caves in, the alert comes that very second.
The Gym Monster 2 has no camera. Their solution is to connect your phone's camera by scanning a code — which means setting it up again every workout. IMBODY's public specifications don't list a camera.
This isn't a technical detail. It's the difference between a machine that knows what you're doing and a machine that only knows how much you pulled.
185 arm configurations vs. 14
The S1 Pro arms move across nine heights, seven tilt angles and three widths — 185 combinations. IMBODY: seven vertical positions and two horizontal ones, meaning 14. Speediance lists 33 cable positions, but without width adjustment.
Why it matters: a pulling angle that's off by three degrees is the difference between working your back and working your front delts. The more configurations there are, the more the exercise fits your body — not the other way around.
AI analysis with no subscription
With Speediance, the AI add-on requires a subscription. With us, everything is included in the machine, for life.
And it's not just about cost. The S1 Pro's analysis goes deeper: heart rate monitoring, real-time movement correction and a six-dimension body assessment — not just counting reps and weight.
A full drop to zero — not a given
All three machines can reduce the weight with assist. But a full drop to zero the moment control is lost exists only on the S1 Pro and Speediance. IMBODY doesn't have it — and that matters when you train alone.
What's in the box
The kit includes an arm heart rate monitor and a body composition scale. Both feed into the body assessment — body composition and heart rate. With Speediance, for example, the smart scale is sold separately.
A warranty you can extend
Two years come with every machine in the category. With us, you can extend to four or five years for a one-time fee — including a home technician and spare parts in local stock.
What didn't make it into the table
Some things don't show up in spec comparisons because nobody thinks to ask about them — until they're missing.
- Smith machine-style spotter arms. Mechanical support that holds the movement path when you train heavy on your own. This is the hardware that lets you reach muscle failure without someone spotting you.
- Soft-descent pedal. The base lowers gradually instead of dropping, reducing impact and keeping things stable as you switch exercises.
- Six resistance modes, not just "heavier". Constant, eccentric (higher resistance specifically in the lowering phase — where most muscle is built), concentric, elastic, rowing and HIIT.
- Operating noise of 40 to 60 decibels. You can train at six in the morning in an apartment without waking anyone.
- Full electrical protection suite: a 15-amp fuse, thermal protection at 100°C, low-voltage protection at 96 volts, protective grounding and leakage protection. Most manufacturers in the category don't publish these figures at all.
- Works without internet, too. Free training mode keeps running and adjusting resistance when the connection drops.
- Permitted load of 400 kg with the B3S bench.
And one thing we checked that didn't make the list: Speediance also arrives assembled, with no installation required. We've seen marketers present this as a unique advantage — against Speediance, that's simply not true.
Where we don't come first
Two rows in the table where we don't lead, and we'd rather you hear about them from us:
- Maximum resistance. Ours is 100 kg. On IMBODY and the Speediance 2S model — 120. If you currently lift more than 100 kg on a cable, that's a real gap.
- Screen size. 27 inches on ours vs. 43 on IMBODY. Our screen adjusts from -6° to 90°, which matters for floor exercises — but it is smaller.
On the other hand, the Speediance screen is 21.5 inches — smaller than ours.
What the world says about us
When a brand says it's the best, that's marketing. Here's what others have said:

A machine nobody outside the company has tested is a promise. A machine that 1,885 people paid for in advance is a fact.
Who each machine is right for
S1 Pro — for those who want the machine to see them. If it matters to you that something corrects your form when you train alone, and that your program is built on measurement rather than guesswork, this is the machine.
Speediance Gym Monster 2 — for those looking for the cheapest entry point into the category, or who need a machine that's easy to move. At 78 kg, it's the lightest of the three.
IMBODY Power S Pro — for those whose deciding factors are a big screen and a slim depth. At 16 cm deep against the wall, it's the slimmest option here, and 43 inches is a completely different experience.
